On-site training is a standard part of our implementations and is always available upon request post implementation at our current daily rate + travel and expenses.

Remote Training

While we always love to see our customers in person sometimes that’s not always the easiest option, especially in today’s environment. All of our trainings can be offered remotely to best meet your needs.

Train the Trainer

At Aequitas we find that for long term success it is imperative that our clients have local resources and experts on Q. All of our implementations make use of the train-the-trainer model help build those resources.

Metamorphosis

A professional learning program developed by Aequitas to support educators, office staff, technology staff and administrators. Metamorphosis is a self-paced, gamified learning platform.

Support

Standard Support

Our standard annual maintenance and support (AMS) contracts include live support via phone or our online helpdesk M-F 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific.

Extended Support

In the instances where support reqeusts are outside of the normal workings of Q we offer extended support to help you deal with external factors, customization or data issues.

Infrastructure Support

Want to host Q locally? We offer all of the services required to help you setup and configure your infrastructure to run Q quickly and efficiently.

Hosting

Our hosting services provide you with an enterprise class experience at a fraction of the cost. Our hosting center utilizes top of the line equipment, infrastructure, security, HA & DR.

While it is not our core business we understand that on occasion our clients need specific solutions to meet their needs.
